Another major aspect of the project was the use of light. There are several cone-like structures that let the natural light underground and create a flooding spotlight effect in the space below. These skylights stick out of the ground and read as a series of objects that may cause confusion or curiosity as people approach the building. However, once you travel underground into the building you understand how these skylights relate to the building.
